Les œuvres d'art peuvent être achetées ou louées auprès d'Art Sanctuary. L'achat peut être réglé par des paiements mensuels. La location a une durée minimale de six mois. Après une période de location, les œuvres d'art peuvent également être achetées, une partie des montants payés serve à payer l'œuvre d'art.

De opgegeven catalogusprijzen zijn altijd de prijzen voor het kunstwerk in Art Sanctuary, dus zonder transport- of installatie-kosten.

Kopers en huurders kunnen veraf of dichtbij wonen, hun installtie kan eenvoudig of complex zijn. De kosten voor het transport en de installatie op zijn locatie, het terugbrengen van de kunstwerken zijn dus niet inbegrepen in de catalogusprijs. Wegens de ervaring van Art Sanctuary kunnen wij deze kosten voor u inschatten of zelf de uitvoering organiseren.

Fifty percent of the paid monthly leasing- or renting costs are accumulated in your saving account to finance the purchase of an artwork of our collection. The accumulated amount in your saving account can not be paid out. It does not return interest. At any time during the rental period, you only have to pay the residual amount to definitively acquire the chosen work. It corresponds with the difference between the catalogue price and the accumulated amount in your saving account. Thus, it is a progressive way to invest in art while enjoying savings and admiring the artwork.

• The catalogue price of the artwork is minimal 500 euros (The Belgian VAT included. The transport to and from the customer, install and uninstall at the customer place are not included in the catalogue price.
• A renting period of minimal six months.
• Monthly renting or leasing costs are two per cent of the catalogue price, rounded up to 10 euros.
• They are minimal 100 euros / month.
• They have to be paid monthly before the monthly due date.
• If not paid on time, then they do not accrue to the saving account
• The transport to the customer, install and uninstall at the customer place are not included in the monthly renting or leasing costs. They have to be agreed between the customer and Art Sanctuary.
• Art Sanctuary remains owner of the artwork during the whole leasing or renting period. Only after payment of the full price inclusive all options and services do you become the owner of the artwork

Description

A minimum advance of 20% before the delivery of the artwork.
The remaining amount can be paid through monthly instalments according to the following modalities.
Until final payment, the artwork remains the property of Art Sanctuary.

En cas de retard dans le paiement des mensualités (interruption convenue, non-paiement, etc.), des intérêts sont dus selon les modalités décrites ci-dessous.

Si l'oeuvre doit être renvoyée à l'Art Sanctuary, l'acheteur doit l'organiser et en payant les frais.

Intérêt :

• The interest rate is based on the FOD finance payment default rate (https://financien.belgium.be/nl/particulieren/betalen-terugkrijgen/betalingsproblemen#q1). On 31 October 2023, it was: 'The annual interest rate is currently 4%'.
• The interest rate charged is 1.50 times the base rate, so from 31 October 2023 it is 4% * 1.50 = 6% / year.
• The table shows the monthly repayment for different periods for the purchase of a sculpture with a remaining sum of 1,000.00 euros (Catalogue price - advance payment).

A client-specific delivery can include supplementary services, delivery of a socle, installing the artwork at a specific place in your home or garden, ... . A proposal has to be requested.

In the case of damage or unexpected non-artistic issues of an artwork not caused by the buyer or by the artistic concept of the artwork, - e.g; Land Art or temporary artwork, - 'Art Sanctuary', the artist and the client analyze how to solve the corresponding issues. In case the issues can not be solved at the buyers place the artwork can be returned to the 'Art Sanctuary'-location. A compensation can be requested by the buyer and allowed in common agreement with the buyer, the artist and 'Art Sanctuary'.

‘Art Sanctuary’ recommends bringing all artworks inside in case of non-normal weather conditions, - heavy wind, rain or hail, frost, - and during winter periods.

Due to the complexity of exchanging artworks, ‘Art Sanctuary’ will generally not allow this. There may be costs associated with the exchange. An artist involved may charge a fee. ‘Art Sanctuary’ in cooperation with the artists and the customer will always prepare a proposal with the full and detailed exchange conditions.
