Régine Dulière:
Her 'floral' or rather 'botanical' background has certainly helped her to sense balance, rhythm, volume and contrast, and to experiment with new materials and techniques.
The monumental sculptures:
Régine Dulière then went on to create some larger pieces, including the opportunity to design and oversee the creation of a new altar for the chapel at Mont-Godinne hospital. The chaplain wanted to include a sculpture with a message, inspired by a poem by Henry Moore.
Corten steel:
As part of her floral art workshops, Régine Dulière approached an ironsmith who was open to her projects and fantasies. By taking this project a step further and working together, they were able to create large metal sculptures, first in painted perforated steel, then in Corten steel, requiring no treatment.
